Conference is Postponed
We regret to inform you that due to the aggressive spreading of the coronavirus worldwide, after lengthy consideration and discussions, we have come to the conclusion that we have no choice but to postpone the conference: “Extreme Galaxies and their Extreme Environments as Probes of Galaxy Formation”.
While we are committed to having this conference take place as soon as possible, given the rapidly evolving situation we prefer at this stage not to fix a new date for the conference. We will monitor the situation before doing so and will inform all participants and the larger community when a new date will be set. We are working to figure out how to proceed with the reimbursement of the fees you have already paid and we will give you further information in the next few weeks. Please bear with us, we are facing an unforeseen situation.
If you have booked the hotel through the special rate, you have time until March 19th to cancel it without incurring into penalties.
