Welcome cocktail
We will have a welcome cocktail at the Radisson Blu Saga Hotel on Sunday, April 19. People will have the opportunity to register at the cocktail. Further details will follow.
Conference Dinner
We are organizing a number of social events, to make the best use of your trip to Iceland!
The dinner will take place at the Perlan restaurant (https://utiblainn.is), a futuristic revolving glass-domed. It will take place on Thursday, April 23, starting at 7.00 pm (approximately). Further details will follow:
Half day excursion: The Golden Circle tour
We will explore the Golden Circle, a tourist route in southern Iceland, looping from Reykjavík into the southern uplands of Iceland and back. It is the area that contains most tours and travel-related activities in Iceland.
The tour will take place in the afternoon of Wednesday 22. We will depart from the hotel around 2 pm and be back at the hotel around 9.00 pm. We will stop for a food break along the way back.
The cost per person is 7600 ISK.
